Sending a Mail
No copies or mail-in colored envelopes. Welcome cards shaded envelopes, and hued paper will never again be permitted. All mail will get examined by the Summit County Jail staff. All non-legitimate mail will be opened and checked for booty and assets. Lawful mail will be opened before detainee and checked for loot.
